ユニークなデザインの小型屏風です。当時人物が生き生きと描かれています。松尾芭蕉も見えますね。何が書いてあるかは達筆過ぎて不明です。 安永2年(1773年)の年号が見えますが、252年前としては状態が良好なため この屏風絵製作の年号か?その年の出来事を後年描いているのかは不明です。小型サイズなのでディスプレィして楽しめます。

This is a small folding screen with a unique design. The people of the time are vividly depicted, including Matsuo Basho. It's difficult to tell what is written, as the calligraphy is so beautiful. The year 2 of An'ei (1773) is visible, but it's in good condition considering it's 252 years old. It's unclear whether this is the year the screen was made, or whether it depicts events from that year later. The small size makes it enjoyable to display.
