The Intel Xeon Bronze 3104 was a server/workstation processor with 6 cores, launched in July 2017. It is part of the Xeon Scalable lineup, using the Skylake-SP architecture with Socket LGA3647. The processor operates at a base frequency of 1.7 GHz and does not support Intel Turbo Boost technology. Intel is manufacturing the Xeon Bronze 3104 on a 14 nm production process, featuring 8.25 MB of shared L3 cache. With a TDP of 85 W, this processor offers relatively moderate power consumption compared to higher-end Xeon models.
